In addition to electronic manufacturing, Z Elektronika operates its own toolmaking workshop and CNC machining capabilities. This enables us to design and manufacture custom components, prototypes, production aids and mechanical solutions in-house.
We support projects from initial design through to the finished part, offering 3D design, technical drawing, CAM preparation, CNC machining, engraving and finishing operations.
Alongside metals, plastics and composites, we also machine FR4, Plexiglas, wood and other non-metallic materials. Our capabilities include custom front panels, instrument enclosures, housing components, assembly aids and components for small production runs.
One of the key advantages of our toolmaking workshop is that it is part of an active electronics manufacturing facility. We use the production aids we design and manufacture ourselves in our own SMT and THT production processes. This gives us a first-hand understanding of the practical requirements of electronics manufacturing. It is particularly valuable when developing production aids, PCB fixtures, assembly tools and other mechanical solutions supporting electronic manufacturing.
Our approach brings together engineering expertise, hands-on manufacturing experience and in-house machining capabilities under one roof. As a result, an idea can be transformed into a solution that is not only technically feasible, but also works reliably in a real production environment.
