At Z Elektronika’s toolroom, we provide CNC machining, 3D design, technical drawing and CAM preparation for the production of custom components, manufacturing aids and mechanical solutions.
In addition to machining metals, plastics and composite materials, we also undertake specialized tasks such as machining FR4, plexiglass and other non-metallic materials, engraving, drilling, threading, cut-outs, and the production of custom front panels and instrument enclosures.
As an electronics manufacturing and development company, we have expertise not only in machining but also in understanding the electronics manufacturing environment. This provides a particular advantage when producing manufacturing aids and mechanical solutions related to SMT and THT production.

One of the greatest advantages of our toolroom is that it operates as part of an active electronics manufacturing facility. We do not only design and manufacture manufacturing aids — we use them every day in our own SMT and THT production. This means we have first-hand knowledge of the practical requirements of production-line environments, PCB and component fixturing, assembly and manufacturing processes. As a result, we can design solutions that are not only technically feasible, but also work effectively in real-world production.
