Series production of electronic products
Looking for a reliable manufacturing partner for your electronic product?
Z Elektronika supports its partners throughout the entire manufacturing process — from Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis and material procurement through electronics manufacturing, testing and assembly, all the way to the finished product.
Based on your requirements and technical specifications, we prepare a proposal tailored to the implementation of your project.
We also take care of sourcing the required components and raw materials, supported by a supplier network tailored to the specific needs of the project.
We assess the product’s suitability for manufacturing and identify the required components and technologies, then design the manufacturing process accordingly.
We use modern SMT technology as well as additional manufacturing and assembly solutions, supporting projects from prototypes through series production.
We use a range of inspection and testing technologies to verify products, tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
We provide comprehensive assembly of electronic, mechanical and electromechanical units, using processes adapted to individual requirements.
Where required, we complement electronics manufacturing with complex assembly and even shelf-ready packaging.
Not every product requires the same manufacturing process. That is why we adapt our manufacturing, procurement and testing solutions to the requirements of the product and the specific characteristics of the project.
Preparing a prototype, a small batch or higher-volume production? You can also rely on our engineers’ experience in selecting the right manufacturing technology and optimizing the production process.
We continuously develop our manufacturing capacity and technological capabilities. In addition to electronics manufacturing, we offer the following technologies:
Engineering expertise and in-house technological capabilities under one roof
From development requirements and prototyping through to series production, we are involved in the process not merely as a manufacturer, but as a technology partner.
Thanks to our in-house X-ray equipment, we can inspect solder joints quickly and efficiently without relying on external service providers.
Our robotic cell was developed and adapted by our own engineers to meet a specific manufacturing requirement. We took the solution from the prototype stage all the way to automated welding for mass production. This reflects our approach: we do not simply use technology — we are also capable of developing and adapting it to our own needs.
With our proprietary test platform, we can adapt both functional testing and operator-assisted inspections to the specific product and manufacturing process.
Our system provides traceability not only for the finished product, but also for individual components, raw materials and manufacturing steps. Automatic verification of production data helps ensure that the correct material, program and process are used at every stage of manufacturing.
Instead of conventional labeling, unique identification codes can be engraved directly onto the PCB or component. This can reduce the material and labor costs associated with labeling while providing durable and reliable identification.
We manufacture custom production aids and CNC-machined components in-house to support our manufacturing processes. When modifications, repairs or further development are required, we do not have to rely on a lengthy external supply chain.
Upon request, we can arrange components into reels and tape them for direct integration into further automated manufacturing processes, such as automatic component placement. This service provides particular flexibility when meeting special customer requirements.
From laser cutting to silicone coating, cable assembly and robotic welding, we provide a range of complementary technologies in-house. This allows us to manage more complex projects under one roof.
Share a brief overview of your project with us or send us the available technical documentation. Our colleagues will review your manufacturing requirements and discuss the possible solutions with you.
